Redo Policy
Our Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and we understand. When guests don’t show up, or they cancel at the last minute, we can’t fill that appointment, and we all lose. You lose out on a great hair experience, your stylist does not get paid, and we lose the ability to service a guest that could have been present during that appointment time.
You will receive your email appointment reminder 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel less than 24hrs before your appointment, you will automatically be charged 50% of the service booked.

Redo Policy
Sometimes a colour or cut needs a tweak. It happens. If you get home and aren’t completely happy, let us know within 5 days.
If a big change is needed and isn’t what was discussed during the initial visit, we will charge you for the additional services.

We pride ourselves on suggesting products customized for your home haircare maintenance. If you decide you don’t like it, we will exchange it for a product more suitable.
